Upon receipt of your written reservation and a deposit of 30% your reservation is valid. The deposit can only be paid via bank transfer. We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

There is no right of cancellation in the sense of the consumer protection code – however we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival = free of charge
30 days – 8 days before arrival = we charge 70% of the booked travel price

7 days -0 days before arrival = we charge 90% of the travel price

No show or early departure, charge of the total booked travel price.

The deposit will not be refunded. We will be happy to issue you a voucher for the deposit paid. (validity 2 years)
